Privacy notice

This page covers the launch waitlist on rogy.fit. It is a draft until Rogy is incorporated and a lawyer has reviewed it.

What we collect

Your email address, whether you said you are an athlete or a coach or professional, the date you joined, and that you agreed to be emailed. Nothing else. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why

To write to you about the Rogy launch. Your consent is the legal basis, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

The people building Rogy, and our hosting provider Cloudflare, which stores it for us. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after the launch, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@rogy.fit. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
